GROOVING

Nikko Tools BGF range of solutions for grooving, includes PCBN and PCD inserts allowing high performances in hardened steel, cast iron and non -ferrous materials machining. This product family combines longer tool life with high quality of surface finishing and an excellent respect of tolerances. The double clamp tools (screw and clamp), together with the tangential position of the inserts, grant high stability and rigidity of the system.
Thickness starting from 1.4 to 4mm are available, both with flat cutting edge and with full radius. It is possible to produce special dimensions and profiles on demand.
