No vibrations, high performances<\/h2><\/div>

Micro Vortex are small-size tools combined with indexable ground inserts for internal turning<\/strong> of small holes<\/strong> (from 5 mm diameter) and threading<\/strong> (from 8 mm diameter.)<\/p>\n

Boring bars are made of a special steel<\/strong> that dumps vibrations and results in high-quality surface finish<\/strong> in both turning and threading operations.<\/p>\n

Vortex technology<\/strong> improves the chip ejection and allows overhang up to 5xD; the coolant jet direction is optimized.<\/p>\n

Inserts are available with PVD micrograin carbide<\/strong>: the tough substrate allows very good performances even at medium-low cutting speeds; uncoated cermet<\/strong> inserts are suggested for stable machining, high cutting speeds, and outstanding surface finishing.<\/p>\n

Turning inserts<\/strong> are combined with the PPF ground chipbreaker<\/strong>, a very sharp solution recommended for super-finishing applications. Threading inserts<\/strong> are available with the TPM chipbreaker<\/strong> that guarantees perfect chip control even in very small hole machining.<\/p>\n<\/div>
