The most charming range for non ferrous materials machining
The 6000 series of turning inserts offers a coated grade and a high performance universal grade, available with multiple geometry choices and “niche” radii. The most charming range for non ferrous materials machining.
The available grades are:
- The universal uncoated micrograin carbide grade JU6015 for general machining.
- The PVD coated grade JP6010 that allows for a much wider application range for N material.
Inserts of the 6000 series are high precision ground and mirror polished, with large rake angle for low cutting force and deliver smooth and stable cutting. The cutting edge is curved for better chip flow, suitable from finishing to medium cutting applications.
The super thin rainbow coating of JP6010 is the most cost-effective solution for obtaining high performances when machining aluminum and the non ferrous family, and prolongs the tool life by 50%.
The combination of highly polished surface with the super thin coating guarantees excellent surface finish.
